Brant has over seven years of design experience in steel and concrete structures from summer internships in Chicago to full-time employment at Tometich Engineering, Inc. Projects include a six-story, $7 million hotel and $30 million mixed-use facility in West Des Moines, IA His education at Iowa State University, combined with computer-assisted analysis, have helped him to design commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects in addition to aiding in failure analyses. With Brant's technical excellence and construction-conscious design, he has proven himself to be a competent and talented engineer with an eye for structural integrity and project constructability.

In the spring of 2008, Brant passed the Structural 1 Exam and received his Iowa Registration for Professional Engineering. He has recently taken the Structural 2 Exam which will allow him to be registered as a structural engineer in nearly any state.
