This three-story Masonic Hall was built at the turn of the 20th century and served the Osceola community for several years. Unfortunately, as with many small downtowns in the Midwest, the building slowly fell into a state of disrepair.
City Leaders of Osceola, empowered with State and Federal restoration grants, allowed a collaboration of KBA Architecture, Koester Construction and Tometich Engineering to repair the dilapidated structure, which is now in restored use.
