The Historic Park Inn & City National Bank

The restoration and reconstruction of The Historic Park Inn Hotel and City National Bank, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, proved to be a very challenging exercise in construction engineering. The project consisted of temporary shoring and support of the existing structure.

The first floor, second floor & foundation were removed and replaced as the third floor and roof were held in place. Tometich Engineering designed all the temporary shoring and developed the removal and reconstruction sequences.
