This 6-story hotel is located between the rapidly growing Jordan Creek, Ponderosa, and West Glen sites along Mills Civic Parkway. The main shear walls are precast concrete that extend from footing to roof.

Infill metal studs close in the structure of the six-story tower portion of the project. A steel-structured conference area to the north uses metal stud shear walls to handle lateral loads. Poor soils were overcome with the use of Geopiers.
